Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS software
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with proper documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation procedures for perishable goods
- Collaborate with procurement on stock replenishment strategies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years inventory management experience preferred
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP or Oracle a plus)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
