Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 warehouse associates with performance coaching
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
