Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve performance targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols while maintaining a zero-accident culture
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing departments
- Prepare performance reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- Proven track record in inventory management and WMS system proficiency
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and retain high-performing teams
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Valid forklift certification and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
