- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and accuracy protocols
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement initiatives
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement
