Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time accuracy in WMS system for 50,000+ SKUs
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and document all transactions
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts
- Investigate and resolve stock variances through root-cause analysis
- Train staff on inventory protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours daily
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
