Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Maintain accurate digital records of all stock movements in ERP systems
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams for inventory optimization
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) protocols for perishable goods
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Audit warehouse storage conditions and compliance with safety standards
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience in warehouse/logistics
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
