Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Utilize barcode scanners and ERP software for real-time inventory tracking
- Support year-end audits and physical inventory counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA 10-hour certification a plus)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
