Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in ERP systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update inventory records in real-time
- Maintain accurate warehouse location data and bin labeling systems
- Generate inventory reports for management review and strategic planning
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve stock discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and inventory control procedures
- Assist with annual physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1-2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (for occasional warehouse travel)
