Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading processes
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS)
- OSHA certification or safety training preferred
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
