Responsibilities
- Lead 50+ staff members through daily operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free workplace standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory management systems for maximum efficiency
- Analyze KPIs to reduce costs and improve productivity by 15% annually
- Train and develop supervisors through our leadership pipeline program
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet SLA and customer satisfaction targets
- Manage WMS (Warehouse Management System) data integrity and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 50+ employee teams
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Expert knowledge of WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Proven track record reducing operational costs by 10%+
- Experience with automation and material handling equipment integration
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
