- Lead 15+ warehouse staff in daily operations, including receiving, storage, and fulfillment
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize workflows and reduce costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain exceptional safety standards
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.5% accuracy requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Analyze KPIs and develop data-driven improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling expertise
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Proven track record in inventory reduction and throughput optimization
- Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
