Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage warehouse stock levels, ensuring accurate real-time tracking
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with proper documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical inventory records
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams for stock optimization
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for management
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and inventory databases
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
