Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for real-time tracking
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems and barcode scanning technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associates degree in logistics or related field preferred
