Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage receiving, stocking, and dispatch of materials with barcode scanning
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP software (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Generate cycle count reports and variance analysis for management
- Collaborate with procurement and shipping teams to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation and quality control protocols
- Audit warehouse storage systems for compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Fishbowl, NetSuite)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Background check and drug screen required
