Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate documentation of all material movements
- Implement lean practices to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and safety protocols
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse/material handling
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
