Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS
- Manage inbound/outbound inventory documentation and shipping/receiving processes
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records in ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve stock variances through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams on stock optimization
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
- Generate inventory reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and ERP systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
