Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with accuracy
- Maintain organized stock records and digital databases
- Collaborate with procurement team for inventory replenishment
- Conduct physical audits and prepare compliance reports
- Implement FIFO rotation and quality control checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficient with WMS and inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong mathematical and data verification skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Clear background check and drug screening mandatory
