Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO) and optimize warehouse storage utilization
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update digital inventory records
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analysis for leadership
- Collaborate with procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement barcode scanning systems for real-time tracking accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience in warehouse/logistics setting
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license required
