Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP software
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Generate monthly inventory variance reports
- Audit warehouse storage systems for compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
