Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanning technology
- Manage stock receiving, put-away, and distribution processes with zero-tolerance errors
- Maintain real-time inventory database updates in WMS systems
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with procurement team on reorder points and stock replenishment
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and maintain organized warehouse layout
- Audit inventory documentation to ensure compliance with ISO standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- RF scanning certification or equivalent technical aptitude
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with inventory audits and reconciliation processes
