Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time stock data in WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventories
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update warehouse records
- Generate inventory reports for management and audit purposes
- Collaborate with procurement to optimize stock levels
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl)
- Forklift certification and RF scanner operation skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification
- Experience with barcode systems and EDI processes
