We're seeking a meticulous professional to manage inventory accuracy, streamline warehouse processes, and ensure seamless stock flow in our Phoenix distribution center. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis and forecasting
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficient with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanners
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification required (OSHA certified preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
