Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records using WMS software
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage efficiency
- Implement FIFO protocols and track expiration dates
- Assist in annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- OSHA forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic Excel knowledge for reporting
- Valid Arizona driver's license
