Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all stock items
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient receiving and shipping processes
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement cycle count procedures to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with purchasing department to prevent stock shortages
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience preferred
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
- Valid driver's license required
