Responsibilities
- Accurately count, record, and reconcile inventory using ERP systems
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with analytical precision
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS platforms
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on stock movements
- Generate inventory reports and optimize stock rotation procedures
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
