Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock records
- Generate inventory reports for management and auditing purposes
- Maintain organized storage areas and enforce FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams on stock optimization
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software and barcode scanners
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Valid California driver's license
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
