Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Track and document all inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain accurate digital records in SAP and Excel databases
- Coordinate with procurement team on stock replenishment and reorder points
- Conduct physical audits and prepare monthly inventory reports
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage layouts and accessibility
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Support year-end inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety protocols
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
