Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and update stock records in real-time
- Generate inventory reports for management and optimize storage layouts
- Collaborate with purchasing teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
- Train staff on inventory protocols and safety standards
- Audit warehouse spaces for compliance with OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
