Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a productive and safety-conscious culture
- Implement efficient workflow processes to meet productivity targets and deadlines
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation procedures
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless shipping and receiving operations
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate teams
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory management systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license preferred
