Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety standards and compliance protocols
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement lean methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet operational KPIs and deadlines
- Conduct performance reviews and develop improvement plans for team members
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and operational reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FDA regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume environments
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
