Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Manage 15-20 team members with performance reviews, training, and conflict resolution
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safety standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct cycle counts and manage physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Data-driven decision-making experience with ERP platforms
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
