Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments with accuracy documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment
- Audit inventory processes to ensure compliance with SOPs
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic Excel skills for data reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards a plus
