- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS software
- Maintain real-time stock accuracy with <99.9% precision
- Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Generate detailed inventory reports for management
- Collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams
- Implement inventory control procedures and improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanners
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- College degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Experience in high-volume distribution centers
