Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage stock rotation and FIFO protocols to ensure product integrity
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning technology
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP software (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment strategies
- Generate weekly inventory reports for leadership review
- Audit warehouse documentation for compliance with OSHA standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory management software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred (OSHA-certified)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of supply chain best practices
