Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate barcode scanners and ERP systems (SAP/JDE) for real-time tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Maintain organized storage systems and FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment
- Audit warehouse documentation for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proficiency with WMS software and barcode technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with SAP/JDE or equivalent ERP systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
