Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Process incoming shipments and verify stock against purchase orders
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and data verification skills
- Ability to operate RF scanners and barcode systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
