Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and update inventory records
- Conduct physical audits of warehouse stock and report variances to management
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to support inventory planning
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory management or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment safely
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
