Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain shipping documentation
- Implement FIFO protocols and monitor stock rotation
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement teams for stock replenishment
- Maintain organized storage areas and safety compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong data entry skills with 10-key proficiency
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
