Responsibilities
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy of stock levels.
- Utilize barcode scanners and inventory management software (ERP systems) to log incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records and investigate and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Assist in the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Update and maintain accurate digital and physical records of all inventory movements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficient in using handheld scanners, tablets, and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License (optional but preferred for warehouse duties).
