Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Receive, verify, and log incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Data Entry: Input inventory data into our ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) in real-time to maintain up-to-date stock records.
- Audits: Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain inventory integrity.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage facility, ensuring optimal space utilization and adherence to safety protocols.
- Reporting: Assist in generating inventory reports and analyzing stock trends to support procurement decisions and prevent stockouts.
- Communication: Collaborate with the shipping and receiving teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with barcode scanners, handheld RF devices, and inventory management software.
- Computer Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
