Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation using RF scanners and WMS software
- Update and maintain real-time inventory records in ERP systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Process inbound/outbound shipments, verify documentation, and manage stock rotation protocols
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Generate inventory reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Implement FIFO/FEFO procedures and maintain organized storage layouts
- Train staff on inventory management best practices and system usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse operations experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced data entry skills with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour accuracy
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred
