What You Will Do:
- Perform accurate receiving and inspection of incoming shipments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and year-end inventories.
- Update inventory databases and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline stock flow.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and record incoming merchandise and materials against purchase orders.
- Perform cycle counts and stock audits to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Input data into inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with high precision.
- Assist in the physical organization of stock locations to maximize warehouse efficiency.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule including weekends or holidays as needed.
