Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pack products into boxes, cartons, or crates according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Inspect goods for damages and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
- Operate packing machinery and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, orderly work area to prevent accidents.
- Verify order accuracy by checking packing slips against inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
