Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently at all times.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring cargo is secured properly and organized.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Keep the warehouse aisles organized and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including pallet stacking and order picking.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Reach Truck, Order Picker, or Forklift).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Reliable attendance record and a positive attitude.
