Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and 5S standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory counts accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production schedules and order fulfillment targets are met.
- Perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment as directed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Valid Driver's License (sometimes required for local delivery roles).
