Responsibilities
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure all stock is accurately recorded in our ERP system.
- Receiving & Shipping: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and ensuring proper labeling.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock locations, quantities, and movements using warehouse management software.
- Organization: Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maximize efficiency and ensure a safe working environment.
- Reporting: Assist in generating inventory reports and identifying discrepancies or trends to help management make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot discrepancies and maintain high standards of accuracy.
