Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventories to verify stock levels.
- Input and update inventory data into our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and reconcile packing slips against goods received.
- Label, stock, and organize warehouse storage areas for efficient retrieval.
- Report discrepancies and variances to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
- Assist in the organization of backstock and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
