As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, managing inventory data, and ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and ready to start work right away, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy of stock levels.
- Manage and update inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Locate and retrieve stock items using RF scanners or manual counting methods.
- Prepare and organize stock for shipping or transfer to storage areas.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
