Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments into the inventory management system accurately.
- Perform regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories to verify stock accuracy.
- Locate and retrieve stock items for orders or internal transfers using the inventory management system.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
- Assist in the labeling and tagging of new stock and updating digital records.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and data accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
