Responsibilities
- Accurately count, record, and reconcile inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain real-time inventory databases with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports for management review
- Assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits
- Operate warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data accuracy skills
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
